Terms of Service

Free to play

RallyHats is a free prediction game. You pick win or loss on upcoming games and earn points for correct picks. There is no cost to play, no purchase required, and no real-money wagering. This is not a betting or gambling product.

Your account

You need a real, working email to sign up. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; don't create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.

Picks and grading

Picks lock once a game starts and can't be changed. Games are graded based on official results once final. Points and leaderboard standing are for bragging rights; any future rewards or prizes will come with their own terms at that time.

Fair play

Don't try to exploit, automate, or abuse the platform. We can suspend or remove accounts that manipulate picks, spam signups, or otherwise abuse the service.

Changes

RallyHats is actively evolving. Features, sports covered, and these terms may change as the product grows. We'll do our best to keep this page current.
